Upon completing her master\u2019s degree at Hokkaido University\u2019s Graduate School of Fisheries Sciences, she joined a company specializing in university operations support, where she was primarily involved in research support work (pre-award and post-award).<\/p>\n<h3>Responsibilities as a URA at Hokkaido University<\/h3>\n<p>Ms. Takano is assigned to the University Collaboration Division. She will also serve as a URA at the Faculty of Fisheries Sciences while contributing to initiatives related to university alliances and other projects.<\/p>\n<h3>Personal statement<\/h3>\n<h4>How I became a URA at Hokkaido University<\/h4>\n<p>When I was considering moving back to Hokkaido, my university professor informed me about a job opening. I was drawn to the position because I felt it would allow me to utilize my previous work experience while providing me with new opportunities for growth.<\/p>\n<h4>The aspects of being a URA at Hokkaido University that I have enjoyed<\/h4>\n<p>From my first day on the job, I have enjoyed walking through the lush, green campus on my way to work. I am excited about the various opportunities to gain experience that lie ahead.<\/p>\n<h4>Self-promotion (free description)<\/h4>\n<p>I previously worked in research support for various universities as a staff member of a private company.
